Something that helps me
Okay lovelies, something I do to calm down whenever I feel depressed, upset, angry, stressed, etc. I start writing a letter to myself telling myself everything will be okay. I'd like to share one of my letters with you guys in the hopes it helps someone feel a little bit better.
I know your struggling, but you have to hold on just a little bit longer. I promise you, it will get better. Don't discredit the positive so quickly you have a lot of people in your life that love and care about you deeply even though you may not believe it or feel like it. You are so insanely beautiful in so many ways you just can't see it because your mind lies to you. Don't put yourself through all this pain anymore. You've dealt with too much pain and hurt in your life already, there's no need to put yourself through anymore pain. I wish I could hold you and make the bad thoughts disappear. I can't sadly, but I can promise you that one day everything's going to be okay. You just have to trust me. Its time for you to turn your life around and stop falling into the negative mindset, because you know what? You are so amazing, beautiful, and this will only last forever if you let the negativity consume you. Don't let anyone drag you down, because you are capable of so much no matter what anybody else says or what you may think. These rough times in your life are only temporary so don't let them take over, love yourself no matter what because everything is going to be okay. Always remember that.
I'll have to try this. Getting my hands moving generally keeps me from self-harming.

Wow this was very inspirational. Thanks for sharing, I'm definitely going to try this. I'm trying to stop self harming. IT IS SO HARD THOUGH! Btw love the colors!
