Hi! I am sorry to hear about difficult feelings you are going through, which make you feel like self-harming.

How about letting us know more about you? How do you feel right now? Do you feel angry about somebody? Lonely or isolated? Frustrated by people telling you what kind of person you should be and what you should do? Anxious or depressed?

I believe there are no special tips which could be better than knowing what is the reason of your wish to self-harm

However, the tips I liked the most was taking a pen and drawing a line in a place which you would like to harm. Making yourself a non-permanent tattoo. Or putting some bandage around the place you would like to harm - without actually hurting it.

You would be probably surprised there are people who care about you, even if they're complete strangers.

If you imagined the world around you in which you would not have to make yourself any harm, what it would be like?

Well, my names Bonnie, and I feel really disconnected, like I might be having a derealization episode, I get them a lot, but I do it for a lot of reasons, and lately I've been really depressed and anxious about everything. I just got out of an emotionally abusive relationship, and I've been kinda struggling with it, but I haven't relapsed, I just wanna try and avoid it

Hello, Bonnie. It is not required to reveal your real name while you are at 7 Cups, if you preferred to remain more anonymous.

I think you are carrying quite a lot of burden for just one person. Do you have any possibility to talk about it to a professional therapist at your school, or somewhere else?

I believe it is great you know what is good for you in the long term, and you care about your well-being as much as you can.
