Hi ^^ Nice to meet you. I'm glad you're here and told us about it. I know that it must have taken a lot of courage. I'm proud that you took this step. Here's a cookie for you ->🍪 (How is it? ;)

It seems likey you're going through a rough time and I can understand how you're feeling. We all have expectations to ourselves and if we can't live up to them, it can makes us feel very upset. But it's completely fine. You don't have to be perfect, you already are in your own way. (Also the perfect perfection doesn't exist.)

Feeling stressed can make us do things that we regret later, so I see how you're feeling. I went throug it too.

Being pacient with yourself is an important part of this journey to become clean, but you can so it. Every step on your path is valuable and even if you take a step backwards it doesn't push you of your path. Take your time, there's no need to rush.You'll get there, I believe in you.

You're doing great and I know how strong you've been. And sometimes the preassure is just to much, I know. There's no need to feel ashamed or anything, because our emotions are valuable.

You can reach every goal you want to achieve, give it time and I'm already proud of you. And if you feel like you want to talk about it with someone, you can always reach out to me, I'll be happy to support you^^

I believe you are a very strong person, you're great and amazing.

im sorry to hear that you have been so stressed out and took it out on yourself.  Stress can definitely be a trigger for SH.  Have you found and particular ways to manage your stress that are helpful?
