Getting out the otherside, finding joy

ngalidolphin Saturday

I’m not sure how to ask this question but I’m looking for someone that may have attempted suicide in the past. My husband has confided in me that he attempted a few months ago and failed and he has been really down lately and said his mind is all screwed up and he’s really just unsure of the future. I’m trying to help the best I can. Can someone tell me ,if they feel comfortable, if they ever were suicidal how did they come out on the other side stronger? If you feel good now, how did you get to that point from being super depressed and suicidal? How did you get through it? I’m just finding the best way to help my husband through this and be himself again if it means slowly if that makes sense and I want to speak to someone who has been there that has gotten better to see what there thoughts are being from that point of view. Thank you!

It’s always best to get help from professional. I was fortunate enough to gaslight myself out of it. But I think try to seek professional help if possible.
