How are you feeling and doing today?
im not doing too good. A few of my friends are struggling and I seem to be the person they rely on. My parents are having a hard time in work, so they’re relying on me as well, and I’m trying to look after my brothers so they don’t see how everyone else is struggling. I can’t twll anyone and I’m so sad and hopeless and pointless. I’m trying to look after 15 different people and I am not okay right now
What can you do today to de-stress a bit and take a pause?
I would normally watch some tv with my mum but she’s too stressed out at the moment so I don’t know. I’m also trying to text the friends who are relying on me so I feel very stressed out about that

my favourite ice cream is this honeycomb flavour from a place called Mauds’ that’s really popular where I live

Hi owo, it sounds like you were trying to take care of everyone while going through so much yourself. That is a situation I've found myself in so many times before and I really empathize with where you're coming from. These types of situations are extremely stressful, and it makes sense that you feel extremely hopeless and that you can't tell anyone. I felt that way too, and something that I have learned is that there is always at least one person that you can confide in and it feel so much better afterwards. If you can't find anyone, remember it's okay to set boundaries with those you love and setting boundaries is so important. <3 That being said, it's really courageous of you for trying your absolute best right now to keep things afloat; I'm sending you my best wishes! Honeycomb sounds so nice <3 :)

Hey florn <3 I'm sorry that you're feeling drained, if it's because of the election i understand where you're coming from but regardless from what it's from, i'm hoping it gets better soon and that you keep in mind that what you're going through is temporary. *hugs* Best of luck with those games and chocolate icecream with chocolate chunks sounds so yummy!!

I am feeling good today. Yesterday was really stressful and my mind was wandering all over the place for the whole afternoon, but deciding to take the day easy and just chill, I feel a lot more relaxed today. I'm glad to see that I've been getting better, and I hope I learn how to better manage my stress soon
2) What can you do today to de-stress a bit and take a pause?
I can enjoy an ice cream :-P This post just reminded me that I haven't had some in several weeks, even though I've been craving it. I can also spend more time breathing in nature and learning to walk at my own pace.

Hi panda! <3 I understand where you're coming from, Tuesday was very stressful for me too but I'm glad to hear that you're feeling a lot more relaxed today. I'm hopeful for you to better manage your stress soon!! It's an important skill to have and having hope for being able to achieve it is a good step! ahhh and i'm glad i reminded you that you can enjoy ice cream! :D Cookies and cream is unironically the best flavor ever and my favorite as well :)

Oh... Um. Too late its already full of stuff. I I guess at least try not to get behind on daily duties cos that always stresses me out massively.

Hey Morday! I hope the CBT continues to work, there are cool apps online that do virtual cbt too with artificial intelligence too in case you're more interested in that type of stuff! Aww I'm sorry that its already been too late to take a bit of a break and I understand where you're coming from with falling behind. Being afraid of falling behind is normal and valid, I feel it all the time <3 But it's perfectly valid to step back and take a breath before going forward again. Taking breaks can help us feel more charged and prevent burnout! Ou I've never had pistachio kulfi ice cream before :o super interesting!

I feel awful. Today was one of the worst days of my year and possibly my life. I got some really devastating news and I don't know how to cope with it.
2) What can you do today to de-stress a bit and take a pause?
Maybe taking a shower.
