Happy Halloween everyone!

I hope everyone is having a safe and happy Halloween and a relaxing start to your weekend! A few mindful reminders for Halloween 🎃🧡 Often, we can feel like we're wearing a mask to cover our inner mental health problems. Remember that it's okay to take off that mask figuratively to show how you're truly feeling (only if you're comfortable though)! Another note that mental health and mental illnesses are real and that a lot of media coverage about people living with mental illnesses aren't always accurate depictions of people with mental illnesses. Media coverage of violent people who live with a mental illness can be super stigmatizing :(
