Raising self esteem

Really large topic but in many with low self esteem are people pleasers and the best tip is to stand up for yourself.... you can start small and build up a simple "no" or "sorry,  that does not work for me". 

other options is to not try to copy others style or stuff and find what you are comfortable with.

once we quit trying to fit some image we are free.
