Dear all anyone else having issues with the chat widget on the left of our listening screens my chats wont load up?

Hmm, I haven't seen this issue. You might want to try another browser and see if it works then, and submit a support desk ticket with as much detail as you can. I hope the site works for you soon!
ive still got the issue might be the IOSupdate for the ipad it was working fine then overnight just a continuous loading bar

I have a challenge with the chatting system. Every time i finish chatting with someone, an earlier conversation with the same person gets deleted and i don't know why. Would really appreciate it if this issue gets addressed. Thank You!
