how to change my name in the certificate

i earned a certificate in active listener but it wasn't my full name how can i change my name in the app not my user name because i already send them an email but i didn't get a responseĀ

@Soelsawyer4901 Did you email community@7cups.com? Wait about a week for a response (I think they aim for 3 business days but sometimes get behind).
@Hope oversees academy so you could message her if the email doesn't get responded to.
