Windows Phone and Windows 8/10 apps?

Are 7 Cups planning on developing apps for the Windows Phone and for the Windows 8 and 10 stores? I exclusively use Windows, because I'm a Computing student and everything I'm studying is Windows. It would be nice to be able to get the 7 Cups app on my phone or tablet.

I was thinking this. It's unlikely. No-one seems to bother with windows phones. :(
