I've finally decided to want to press the issue of feeling like I was used, abused and mistreated by a listener. It was many months ago and I don't remember the name of the listener but I feel like I can't let it go.
So who do I talk to?

@oceanicmind You should never have been charged, it should just be a pre-authorization of your card that you see. You can call your bank to check. If there are issues you should email community@7cups.com

I NEED MY REFUND OF $150 RIGHT NOW! I SIGNED UP FOR THR FREE 3 DAY TRIAL AND CANCELLED THREE DAYS LATER ON TIME BUT WAS STILL CHARGED $150! I WANT MY MONEY NOW! I HAVE SENT IN ALL MY PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND REQUEST AND IT IS TAKING 7-CUPS WAY TOO LONG TO RESPOND AND GIVE MY MONEY BACK! This service is set up to rob people who need help of their only resources. I'm sorry it happened to you. they will not issue a refund and I suggest you contact your credit card company. Good luck.
I had only applied for a first 3 days trial but my account has been deducted this huge amount. Please have it refunded as I was on a free trial period of 3days.

I.have the same issue too. They charged me $150 and i cancelled my subscription within the 3 day period

How do I report someone who has been sexually harassed my friend on this sight?

I wanna know this too. As a listener im regularly talking to this person whos going through alot in their life. And she told me that she needed somone to talk to while she was having severe anxiety and since i wasnt online she chose a random listener. And this guy sent her his social media link and told her she just needs to get f..ked and he will do that to her. By the time i saw the notification on my phone and replied to her she was in tears and almost had a full blown panick attack. The listeners name was [name removed]. And i tried reporting him and i dont see where i can do that. This is not instagram or fb. People come here for support with difficult issues. This is horrible that someone would do something like this

A report cannot be made on someone else's behalf, those who directly witness inappropriate behaviour need to be the ones to report it.
You can support a member and encourage them to do a report from the 1-1 conversation or they can email community@7cups.com
