Help! (Account)
Hey everyone! I'm really, really sorry if this or a similar question has already been posted (I looked around but found nothing) and answered but I don't know how to get this done. So I have a member account and a listener account and both use the same Email but for some reason I can not log back into my member account. How does that actually work? I've been trying out different things but I always get signed up into my listener account. Sorry if the answer is obvious but I really don't see it! :( Ahhh!
@TalkingOnTipToes Have you recently changed your password for either your Listener or Member account? If you switched the password for one of them, it only changes for that one, which might explain why it signs you in right away to your Listener account. They both have to be under the same password for both accounts to show up when you sign in (if this makes sense). If you haven't, then you can submit a support ticket right here: http://www.7cups.com/supportDesk.php and have it looked into. I hope it gets resolved soon 
@Helena Thank you so much for your kind response, Helena! Right now I'm not even sure if they have the same password. I'll check it out now and post my progress haha! :)
Alright I FIXED IT! The passwords are different and I forgot about that LOL! Thank you again, Helena! ♥
