It's just not who I am inside. I'm not the girl with the big smile and sparkling eyes. I'm not the girl that's staring back at me every time I look in the mirror. The mirror lies. I'm actually a complete mess. I'm depressed and far from happy. But happiness is all I see when I look in the mirror.

Same, i feel like everything i am is a lie because how can someone be stretched from one end of happiness all the way to the other end of depression and not split into two?

I feel that feeling too. When you dont know what else is real. i dont know if i should seek help but i kinda hear people talking and when i try to find the voices. It doesnt come from anywhere and i figured out, maybe its just in my head

Yeah. People say it's good that they see you smile. But it's the worst when you know for yourself that that's not the truth and they shouldn't be happy for you.
