Group chat
I want to get a certification guys but when it comes to qualificationit says i have zero group chats even though I send to support chat. What's the problem? :/
@claritypeaceserenity - Assuming you want the first certificate, which is "Rookie", you'll need to get 5 group chats. However, 5 group chats does not mean you go to the support chat and send 5 messages.
1 group chat is 25 messages. Therefore you'll send 125 messages to get 5 group chats in order to gain your certificate.
Thank you i couldn't figure that out. Do the post add up or do you have to do 25 all together?
I know this is an old thread but I was really confused too. I mean I'm not here for the certificate but...
Do you know if the messages add up or if you have to write them in one sitting?
