Chat got Cleared

I am a Listener and sometimes when i open 7cups i could fnd that my personal chats (1-1 chats) is no longer to be found and i did lost some to ther member to which i talked to..is it purposly done for any safty feature ? and is there anyway to retrive them ?

@me2help The personal chats do work that way.. Only 10 messages are saved and the rest are deleted and I'm afraid they can't be retrieved :(

Hi @me2help , you can find a list of members you talked to, under the menu "Path" and then "My Impact" so you can contact them again from there !
Also, for every conversation, only the 10 messages are saved, and members (and yourself) have the possibility to totally delete it (and then not keep the 10 last messages). there is no way to get back those messages.
