How do I obtain a certificate of verified volunteer hours or a reference of some sort? I need it for an application. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sort of curious about how they determine the volunteer hours because even when I'm online, if I have too many chats going on, I switch my avalability to busy. Does anyone know how 7 Cups determines how many hours you do?
