Hi there @livbinny,it's definitely confusing seeing a profile go inactive or unavailable.
When you search for this friend on the browser using "7cups.com/@TheirUsername" what exactly does it say?Â
From your provided description though, it could mean multiple things, if you typed incorrect/incomplete username then it shows "not found", if it shows "not available" the person either changed their username (and that's why their previous name isn't found/ searchable/active) or deactivated their profile themselves, or got banned/ removed from the site (this one usually is indicated by "item removed" on the search page); usually!Â
