Sexual Frustration

Wanted to get a discussion going about sexual frustration. How do you guys cope with the long term pain of being sexually frustrated?

I've come to hate sexuality as a result of my long term frustration. I'm trying to be more positive about it, but i resent that I have sexual desires because I feel like they distract me from the things that really matter. That and they make me depressed.
