Words versus Actions

I have a hypothetical question that I’d like to open up for thought: which do you think is more important (or the better way to understand someone) - what he/she says? Or what he/she does? And why do you think so?

Hi there, as per my experience and understanding it's so simple and striaght thing to be noted. Ultimately its the actions that count at the end of the day. For example I can say I will help the whole of the society, but practically it's not possible for any human being. Right from parents talking to thier toddlers to politicians adresing the masses, they give lot of promises (say words in your opinion) but they fail to keep on the words. So we only value for the actions one perform but not what he/she says.
