I don't know what to do
So my boyfriend thinks i cheated because I messaged an old friend everything was going smooth till that person said i was gay so sarcastically i said tf how haha i guess i am gay cause i like D. And not P. Lol After i said that he said come get it well i saw the message but never replied back, also there was a picture saved from 2 years ago of that person with out a shirt, well anyways my bf read the conversation and dumped me i feel he thinks I've been talking to that person alot of times cause of the picture he doesn't know how to really use social media. Did i cheat ???
It’s not cheating but it is still wrong because you did something that made your partner feel uncomfortable. You shouldn’t have responded with that at all because it is suggestive and clearly your friend read it as such. I’m not sure if it’s something to break up over but that’s up to your boyfriend and how he felt about it. I’d try to talk to him and explain what happened as best you can, maybe apologize for even letting the conversation get there to begin with, and think about whether you’ll still be talking to this friend still if they asked you to “come get it” while you’re in a relationship.
