How to attract love and keep it
@JuanMaindigo to attract love and keep it, i believe we should first love our own selves!
People seem most attracted to someone that is confident and has hobbies and things that make them happy in their life.
Attracting love I don't know, sometimes it just happens, sometimes you need to go out and look for it a little bit I think.. But, keeping it, is in theory simple, for me it's 2 things. It's staying true to yourself and working on communication, comprehension and adjustments. If someone falls in love with you, they have their reasons for liking you. So staying true to yourself will not only be good for you, but also let them be with the person they fell for in the first place (if that makes any sense). On the other hand, when in a relationship, you are bound to come across things that you differ in. Sometimes that's oke, sometimes it causes some issues. In that case you need to communicate these difficulties you encounter, but also ensure comprehension by discussing them in a nice way. Yelling is not going to get you heard, pinning it on them is just going to make them get defensive, etc etc. And then sometimes just talking about it is not enough. In that case you might have to adjust your behaviour to find a compromise you are both satisfied with, as long as it doesn't require you or them to change their core personality. If you are being asked to do that, the love you're getting might not be enough to keep ahold of it. Again, in theory it's simple, in practise though... 😉
I definitely agree with this. These were my shortcomings in my previous relationship. Communication and staying true to yourself and to your significant other are two of the main ingredients to attract love and keep it growing. 🙂
We attract the love we "think" we deserve. So I guess we gotta love ourselves more. I know this coz I felt like the reason I'm attracting shitty guys and sex-minded guys is because I also think that way, and I don't give much love to myself. I'm still on the process, but I know one day, I'll attract somebody I believe I deserve.
