Does space always lead to better things?

She broke up with me (whos right for her) after 1 amazing month because she was still in love with her ex (thats bad for her) that she needs to be alone to clear her head


But has said she wants me to not wait for her incase she doesn't still want me when she's ready to date again


Would giving her space help her want me back?

Absence can lead to an increase in honor & respect. It can also show u that ur better off without. It is a time apart to determine value. It can be painful & difficult & not an easy thing to go thru.

@hardywoo85- Sounds like she is being clear that you are free to pursue a life without her. Enjoy that space for yourself. Not easy if you still love her, but at least she is not leading you on. That is a gift in itself. Move on when you can, and be thankful that she is being honest. I know this is not what you might want to hear, but life is short. And waiting around for someone else to come back is not always the best use of our time on this earth. Please take care, be gentle to yourself.
