Getting rejected constantly

Ive been trying to date for 4 years but just get rejected or ghosted every time. I’m really not sure what to do. It’s damaged my mental health. I’m a 52 yr old genuinely nice guy.

I stopped dating at 47. Learned to be just happy with myself and met the most beautiful wife ever out of the blue.
