It's common for many people to feel down throughout the colder months. Seasonal affective disorder is a type of depression that affects some people during the winter months due to lack of sunlight and increased darkness. But don't worry, you're not alone. Many people struggle with their mood during the winter. If you're feeling overwhelmed, you could consider reaching out to a mental health professional for support. They can help you develop coping strategies to manage your symptoms and improve your mood. In the meantime, taking care of yourself is key, such as getting regular exercise, eating a healthy diet, and engaging in activities you enjoy. Keep in mind that with time and support, things will get better ⭐️
