Just curious what you guys' outlook is on professional relationships and their vital role in the building of strong companies and communities.

Thank you for bringing up this topic. I think healthy relationships leads to a stable state of feeling safe, providing healthy environment to be creative. Other wise in an unhealthy relationship when someone is being abused, then no place for creativity.
