what won't you miss about your ex?
So, it's easy to look back at your ex partner with rose tinted glasses, but what things are you okay with not having to tolerate anymore For me, to name a few: Action films, snoring, hairs in the bath.. I've lots more too!
Many things .. his snoring his overeating , belittling me making me cry all the time ..timing me every time I go out ..his angry outburst ..his excuses his hate for everyone except himself and the way he so easily lied and made everything look like it was my fault .
Sometimes it's good to take a step back, and take an honest look at what you've actually lost Sometimes it's not as much as you first thought..

Him not talking when something was wrong.
@CCmelancholy Right? I can appreciate a man telling me what's wrong (instead of me having to guess what his silence means... annoying much?)
His constant need for attention. And when he wouldn't get it, he would spam my phone with texts. Also, his attitude that I would be the one to give him things (he wanted like sexual things) and I wouldn't let him. Plus I'm not ready for that kind of stuff.
I will not miss his drinking, lying and controlling behavior. I didn't realize until after I left that he was emotionally abusive and now that I am out of that situation I can stand up for myself better. We still have to be in each other's lives for the kids but he no longer controls me.
@secondstar I applaud you for being strong and getting out of that relationship. You sound happy that he no longer has a say in what you do - I am happy for you too. xo
He smokes a lot. Kissing him was like kissing a cigarrete
I won't miss his 20 year old friends - he's 49..
@BerryTea that too! I forgot how annoying it was that my ex smoked so much. Always felt like I couldn't breathe around him (it was the cigarettes paired with him being over-controlling). Glad that's no longer an issue
Everytime he didn't get what he wanted from me he was threatening or forceful.
I definitely won't miss his Facebook addiction, his hoarding, and him living beyond his means.
@pandapsychosis you don't deserve to ever feel threatened or forced to do anything you don't want to do. I am sorry you had to experience that but I am glad that that is in the past. You are worth so much more! xo

He liked too much money, sex and parties. He is very selfish, always thinking about him first. So I dont miss those things about him.
I won't miss my ex for his ability to drink himself into oblivion then abuse his family.
