When did you realise that it was time to leave?
@talktome610
When I realized that I am putting in too much effort and recieving very little if any back to make this relationship survive.
Usually it's been gradual.
As soon as you notice that you aren't completely happy or that your needs aren't being met even though you have told your partner numerous times, then it's time to leave.
@TheresHope16 That is sound advice. A relationship requires mutual effort and love
@talktome610
Exactly and its important to realise that in the moment and not try to make excuses for the other party.
@talktome610 it definitely varies from person to person. Sometimes it is one thing that is sudden and it's a dealbreaker for the other person. Other times (like for me) it's a gradual build-up of a lot of things and then it's inevitable that at some point it just gets too much to deal with, or it is compounded with that one thing that just puts everything over the top. Either way, if you are unhappy and your partner is not willing or is unable to meet you halfway to work through the problems and differences between you both, then you need to make the decision to be happy and to not settle for any less than you deserve. Do what falls in line with your happiness - if you think that leaving is what will ultimately make you happy, then I say go for it. Trust your gut. Hope this helps, take care.
