I was just diagnosed with broken heart syndrome. My relationship of 7 years ended Sunday. I have had a heart ache since. At least it will go away eventually on its own.
I’ve had this before. It does go away eventually.

Oh darling! I am so sorry - this condition is very real and Doctors can prescribe medication for you, please monitor your heart rate regularly - if you cannot breathe or feel short on breath you must seek immediate aid.
I highly highly highly suggest therapy too as a long term coping mechanism - because a relationship of 7 years will take time to heal from but you will get there!
Is it definitely over and is there no way to work it out?
