Hello. This is the worst pain ever..breaking up with someone you loved ur whole life, how does one even think of replacing those deep feelings and trying in another...just feel lost especially now t 35 its hard to stop thinking of last conversations. Any advice.

I have no advice. You and I are in the same place, I think. I just want to tell you that I get it and you're not alone in this. We're like a couple of limping runners. Let's put our arms across each other's shoulders and help each other keep going.
