Hi everyone,

New here so I hope that I am in the correct forum...
I am going through a breakup; it's fresh- day 6 to be exact after going on 7 years together.I have been reading about "No Contact" online and watched a few Youtube Videos, basically its to have a period of well...no contact, and people do it for various reasons,
My ex (who is really the one who initiated this break-up) messages me sporadically and I always cave and reply...so I wanted to set up a no contact but I am looking for maybe some help/guideline on the how- like a text/email template or ideas?

It depends on what you want....(get back together, move apart, take time, etc.) and what he is saying to you in the contact and how you feel about that. I'm new here too. Maybe explain what is going on with you in regard ot how you feel, and what you would like to happen, might allow those reading this to reflect on that. I hope you are doing okay in the meantime.
