...See more Hi everyone, New here so I hope that I am in the correct forum... I am going through a breakup; it's fresh- day 6 to be exact after going on 7 years together.I have been reading about "No Contact" online and watched a few Youtube Videos, basically its to have a period of well...no contact, and people do it for various reasons, My ex (who is really the one who initiated this break-up) messages me sporadically and I always cave and reply...so I wanted to set up a no contact but I am looking for maybe some help/guideline on the how- like a text/email template or ideas? TIA
