Idk how to navigate. In my mind, a separation is just saying “I want a divorce but I don’t want to tell you.” I’m terrified of the unknown. I don’t even know how to go about any of this..

@passionateSea1909- sorry to hear you are going through this. Currently apart from my husband again. Not easy. Get support and counseling for yourself. Surround yourself with your friends. Stay active and healthy. I understand - hopefully you are able to sit down and have some heart to heart conversations with your husband. Set timelines and goals for separation. Best of luck to you.
