How does one begin?
How would you start writing a book and how would you keep yourself at it? ποΈ

good question! i am still in the concept stages of mine. the goal is to start officially writing next year
@Heather225 How did you draft your concept stages? I just have a brain filled with many intricate ideas. Thank you for sharing ππ»π

spilling everything onto google docsΒ π lots of talking to people too, working out ideas and bouncing them off people. gradually i started to create outlines. i am still a waaaaaay ways off from a cohesive outline but it helps to kind of create visuals as well, or visualizing a timeline. my process is messy but such is the mind of an ADHD writer
Well, for me, I really think on the spot so if I start to have an idea or have something that I want to add to my book or whatever I'm writing, I usually voice record it and just say it out loud and even saying out loud, I can I guess somewhat edit myself so if I say one thing, but I wanted to add something else I could and I don't know it's just very on the spot and I don't lose track of what I really wanted to write or what I was thinking about and I keep the idea going. Hope this helpsπ

I try to start with recording my small ideas on the book, and think of them randomly. If I find some ideas are mature enough to form a story, I will feel the intention inside to write them down in a hurry. Can't even resist the temptation, lol.
