Hi there, I've recently read 'the boy in the stripped pyjamas ', the previous one I've read is ' me before you'.

As much as i admire these books and their beauty, they've left me with sadness and sorrow. I don't feel like reading anymore (oh i know what i said is enough to disallow me from all the bookstores). So help me out, recommend some books..that made you fall in love with them. Thank you

I recently read The Sound of Waves by Yukio Mishima and found it very uplifting. This isn't a novel, but I also consider the poetry collection Leaves of Grass by Walt Whitman very positive and comforting, as well.
