🍀 Do you often doubt your abilities when facing a challenge, or do you usually feel like you can rise above it and overcome it?
Self-efficacy refers to an individual's belief in his or her capacity to execute behaviors necessary to produce specific performance attainments (Bandura, 1977, 1986, 1997).
It is believed to influence one's self-esteem.
One of the 4 factors that influence self-efficacy is verbal persuasion. And we can get it from ourselves!
We invite the whole community to join us in spreading awareness through our social media. You can use the given graphics, or post your own ones too.
Everyone who completed this challenge will be awarded 100 cheers each!
