OK, so as a forum ambassador, I feel like I should already know this, but can someone explain what a forum hunt is to me?!

A forum Hunt is kind of like a scavenger hunt but in the forums! You can see more about how the event goes in this link.
Basically its something like this:
-The leader of the event looks for cool threads and comes up with a quote that will be hidden in the list of threads.
-Leader or someone with forum editing power adds a letter for each on the selected threads.
-Leader then posts tips/hints as to where the letters can be found.
-Participant searches for the letters based on the tips and when they get all the letters they submit their end result. (could be done via PM or in a form)
-Usually the prize for these are cheers that are awarded to the first 3 places.
