There is a delay in getting all of the discussions approved on the calendar! @Ace13 has organised for the majority of these discussions. But so far as I am aware, they are all happening! @kindDreamer50

Every events that people signed up for will be added to the calendar with a maximum of 1 day differences hopefully. Also, rooms will be opened on time and documents sent before the events, don't worry :) there will also be a schedule post that will appear on the alerts.
