🌟 Sub-Leader Role Position Open: Join the Kahoot Sessions Team!

Hey everyone!

We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified Sub-Leader to join our Kahoot Sessions Team to help organize and manage our team's activities. If you’re passionate about leadership, organization, and contributing to a positive community, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements for the position:

✅ No behavioral points (read more here)  in the last 6 Months – We are looking for someone reliable and consistent.

✅ Experience with Leadership – Previous leadership experience is preferred for this position, but a strong willingness to step up is welcome.

✅ Google Sheets Management Skills – Basic knowledge of managing data in Google Sheets is necessary.

✅ Wide Availability – A flexible schedule is essential to fulfill the responsibilities effectively.

✅ Verified Listener Status – This role is open to only to Verified Listeners.

✅ Teen or ATL Listener – Since this is a teen-oriented team, it’s important to have someone who can connect and work with this side of the community.

✅ Active Participation – You must atleast have 20 group chats to ensure familiarity with the community.

✅ 3-Month Commitment – You need to commit to this role for a minimum of three months. If you decide to step down, we ask for your help in finding and preparing a replacement.

✅ Willingness to Learn and Train – Be ready to complete the necessary training and embrace the learning process.

Responsibilities:

📌 Assist in organizing and leading Kahoot sessions.

📌 Manage the team using Google Sheets.

📌 Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

📌 Train and mentor new team members, if needed.

📌 Make necessary trainings and other needed documents for the team.
