Project Agents Needed to Expand the Member Welcome Committee!
The Welcome Committee has grown exponentially since our launch last July, and it’s time for us to start scaling by building our leadership team!
The most critical stage of the 7 Cups journey is the beginning, and through the Welcome Committee, we have the opportunity to make a great first impression on our newcomers.
The difference between a member receiving a personal welcome message and not is significant—everyone wants to be greeted in a new, unfamiliar place. We are the friendly faces at the door.
With that in mind, we invite Verified Listeners who wish to serve this team to join the Welcome Committee as Project Agents.
If accepted, you will be allocated a number of responsibilities depending on your chosen focus. Here’s what we need help with:
↳ Coordinator - This PA is in charge of communicating with the team 1:1 and ensuring smooth operations.
- Tasks include but are not limited to:
- 1:1 checkins with eacb member of the team
- Providing support and coaching
- Dashboard supervision
- General team management
↳ Recruitment - This PA is responsible for hosting monthly AMAs about the team and helping us reach our monthly onboarding goals. Note: You must be in a Group Support role and familiar with hosting.
We need someone to:
- Host a monthly AMA for listeners to ask questions and learn more about the role
- Make creative posts promoting the team
- Reach out 1:1 to prospective candidates
- Think up new fun ways to bring awareness to the team
What are the requirements to be eligible to apply?
✔ A Verified Listener
✔ Must be a member of the Welcome Committee OR be a pre-existing leader with site experience willing to learn
✔ Experienced and comfortable using google documents and spreadsheets
✔ Must have read, understood and agreed to the Leadership Guidelines
✔ A clear behavior record within the last 6 months
✔ Anywhere from 1-3 hours weekly to devote to routine tasks
Like all aspects of 7 Cups, the Welcome Committee project is forever evolving. If you would like to support us in a different way or have a different focus in mind, please contact me or @kenzolena, our Project Lead.

@Heather225 I tried clicking (in the op) but to me the link appears to need access?
Thank you for letting me know! Google made some weird new layer of protection to forms for responders access. I think I fixed it. Take a look again? ❤️
@Heather225 yep, it's open now! Thanks.
