She's Fought...[a little trigger warning!]
She has fought many battles,
With b.lood.y scenes you dare not see.
She walked many miles,
On the land where you'll not get to be.
She has cried many tears,
For the people you'll never know.
She has set sites on many places,
The ones where you'll never go.
She has laughed many laughs,
With strangers on the road.
She has known the emotions,
That those people carry with their load.
She has drank water,
From the corners of many streams.
And as many as the drops of water,
She learnt of many dreams.
She has bent but she did not break,
And she stayed ever true;
She fought just because,
Being a fighter was all she ever knew...

Very nice. It comes across a lot like lyrics. It has a very different tempo to some of the other poems you have shared which makes me curious if this was an older poem you have revisited or trying a different style. Interested to see what may come next.
@BastionKnight
Thanks Knight! Yeah...I did write it to a piano beat! No it not an older poem but actually I wrote it at the moment I posted. I guess I was overwhelmed and this lead to it! :D
@wIthpeACE
Sorry to hear you were felling overwhelmed, but pleased to know you channelled your feelings into something creative that we could then appreciate. Hope you are feeling better.

(feeling, not felling....grr typos)
