Go faster

Try harder

You should be here be smarter

You're fading down

with traffic all around

horns honk

you're left dazed

spiraling exhaust

the cement's vibrating heat and life

there is no gentle leaf or diligent ant

trapped in the traffic

only a flickering light

and beeping horns

@Tinywhisper11 No I just wrote these while I was high. I used to write poetry to cope with life but I’ve lost a lot of it. I might try to save them though. Posting here could help so I don’t lose them:)
