I couldn’t find what I wanted
didn’t know what else to look for
not knowing
I waited for a blessing
few and far between a blessing appeared
not knowing
what to do between blessings
nor what to do once they came
not knowing
I had nothing of gratitude
so I missed blessings in front of me
not knowing
squandered my days
and now regret lost time
not knowing
should I stay
should I run
not knowing
I wait for inspiration
tune into the moment
not knowing
if this is wisdom
or is it still
not knowing
