Horizon by unassumingEyes

It's not my usual style, but Im sharing it here anyways: 

I have often felt like a horizon,
Real, but out of grasp,
The receding glow of a setting sun,
A rainbow you can't pass,
Like the moon, so I have followed
Wandering in search of dreams,
Chasing ideality,
Unraveling at the seams
I was the falling sky,
The city's to-do
At the edge of ones memory
Impossible, but true
Now, the plants have wilted
The little ones have grown
Now, a tempting horizon,
I stand, alive, alone
