Hi Everyone, My name is Candy and I am a new listener since 2 days ago. I have been through many ups and downs of my life and experience some mental illnesses myself(plus eating disorders) so I understand the importance of having someone to talk to when you feel alone or need support. I am also very interested in a career in psychology so I believe this will be my steppingstone towards my dream.

@MeaningfulSilence Hello everyone, I'm pond or cP. I'm new here, have a bpd diagnosis and  am listening to Christmas music. Very nice to meet you.

One thing that bugs me about my disorder is the obsessions.

I feel like such a failure and get so defensive and hostile about eating a bit too fast or too much or not being able to adult successfully.

The mood swings are intense and this takes me off course or out of alignment with the high expectations I have about myself.

Practicing meditation and more self care in general will help with this I think.

@MeaningfulSilence Hi, Im Noah or Twig, Im the main host in our system, and I am ageless in a way(its hard to explain), but our body is 15. I have DID and BPD and I found myself here for support and to support others (not a listener, but i will help if someone wants it in a thread). I also want to connect with others and try to learn more about myself, others, and mental health. When we are no longer grounded (I am on my school chromebook) I hope to become a listener to help others when needed!
