New "friend"

She isn't exactly a friend. She's in me. She's living inside me. Her name is Rin. She said she is my alter. I don't know what she means. I couldn't control myself the entire day. I just learned She's been protecting me from friends. I don't know if I'm crazy or not. She's there. Rin is there, watching through my eyes. Is she a friend? Or is she a personality? I don't know. I'm only in middle school. Meet my new friend, Rin.

@StrawberrySweetTea

Hello to you (and to Rin)! 😊

"I just learned She's been protecting me from friends" - sounds like that might be something worth exploring if you want to understand more about who Rin is and why she's here. A lot of times when there are identity splits/fragments, it's in response to some kind of stressful/traumatic trigger that's difficult to deal with.

Thank you very much! I've gotten used to Rin and now she's like my quiet, protective big sister. I almost forgot a word: cautious. Shes great.

@QuietMagic

It is! It's quite relaxing to be the younger one for once.
