Hi Cinna, I am (very slowly) working with two self-books on DBT skills, plus I have joined a couple of online groups. I would love to join here too, even if I fear I still don't have a vast knowledge of the skills to be able to offer much help.

@admaiorasemper I've been trying to find a community to help me with this. Awhile ago I had the only therapist in the area that did DBT drop me and I havnt found another. I know I need help. Any advice?

There is a lady on FB who runs online groups for DBT and the price is pretty reasonable. Search for Eclectic Dialect on FB, her name is Maya

The online groups I joined are also on fb and for free. They are peer groups, so no therapist is involved, but I still find them very helpful. Just search for DBT Skills or DBT DIY, you will find many of them :)
