@straightforwardThinker5344 There are multiple ways to cope with anxiety. However, the technique used to deal with it might vary depending on the situation. For example, anxiety might be reduced with a therapuetic practice called "Exposure therapy", when a person exposes themselves to the source for anxiety (This is best practiced in a controlled environment rather than an incoordinated one). Paced abdominal breathing can also help reduce anxiety when a person feels an onset of anxiety.
Somatic therapy. I use Sukie Baxter's channel on YT.

Here's one list from WebMD. The ones on this list I've personally found helpful are exercise, sleep, writing down things I'm worried about, and volunteering.

Anxiety is the body's natural response to stress. It's one sort of feeling of fear or apprehension about anticipation. On the first day of school, going to a job interview or giving a speech, fear before the exam results may cause most people to feel fearful and nervous. Ordinary anxiety can come and goes but if the fear lasts longer for more than six months then it can be taken as an anxiety disorder. For more information about anxiety and its treatment, you can take help from the Canadian Pharmacy website.

How are you doing now? Did you find some useful tips to get you started?
Some things I have found helpful: CBT (Google ABCDE model of CBT, there are lots of tips on that, I find it quite helpful). It takes practise, and makes a difference over time. Good healthy including magnesium and calming minerals - I like to blend up leafy greens, salads, green juices, and things like that, healthy fats. Good sleep. Deep diaphragm breathing. Talking to people about my worries (people who are good listeners). Counselling. Exercise. Time doing enjoyable things, and getting things done I have to do (learning how to get around procrastination, if that is a problem). Time with friends, which includes furry friends, or anyone you feel comfortable around (might be online).
