Im in a relationship with someone who has ASPD. Hes lied, cheated and manipulated. Says he loves me and wants to change. Idk. Can we ever be in a healthy relationship? Does he even really love me?

@humorousBlackberry7389 They absolutely can. Love is a feeling existing in everyone. Personality disorders can bring toxicity to the relationship. However, when there is good will, every couple can get along! The important thing is to receive therapy when needed and try to communicate your issues. Everything is going to be alright eventually!
