I'm really sorry you haven't had the best experience using the forums. Is there anything we could do to help you feel more confident and supported? I understand sometimes it takes a while to receive a response and to feel heard, and this is definitely something we are working on. not gonna lie I was a little skeptical at first, but found this to be a much better experience than I was expecting. Just keep trying and I’m sure you will see a benefit!Â
