Advices about sport

Hey, I would need a little help. I want to lose some weight, I binge eat and I'm overweight and I want to stop it but each time I try, I just stop eating and don't do any exercise or do a lot of exercise and count all of my calories but this time I really want to do things differently so I would like to know if you know any sport who would be funny, that would help me with my health and self-esteem and that I could practice without haviing to pay a lot because I have no money...

Hey there! When I want to exercise back at my home home (which is in the middle of nowhere) I go out for a walk/run! Whether it be in my own backyard or in the neighborhood it's a super fast and easy way to get out and moving, plus it's not as hard to do as other sports since it's not as technical!

You can just do some exercises in the morning, and it'll already be more than nothing. Personally, I've always been into football, I even place bets on 1xbet pinoy from time to time, and not so long ago, I decided to gather my friends and play football with them, it turned out to be a great decision. And now we do that about three times a week.
